In St. Petersburg is preparing a program of house renovation in the historical centre

The company "NIIPI Secretaria" by order of the city authorities by the beginning of December will analyze the condition of houses in the historic center of St. Petersburg and will develop a program for their restoration and overhaul, the materials on the public procurement portal.
The Committee on economic policy and strategic planning of St. Petersburg in early September announced the search of a company that needs to analyze the potential of improving the condition of the housing stock of the historic center. According to tender documentation, in the framework of these activities must, in particular, generate a list of houses in the city centre based on the year of their construction, technical condition, as well as belonging to the cultural heritage objects of Federal or regional importance and forms of ownership. The second phase developed a sample list of homes for inclusion in the regional programme of restoration and overhaul to accommodate modern use.

According to the final Protocol of the auction, the contract is with "NIIPI Secretaria" as the sole participant of the competitive selection. The cost of works will amount to about 35 million rubles.
