Next year and subsequent 2021 and 2022, the Cabinet intends to increase funding for the state off-budget funds - Pension, Social and obligatory medical insurance.

"This will make social assistance more targeted and to increase social payments", –said the Prime Minister.

The maternity capital can be directed on improvement of housing conditions. As previously reported, the prisoner will soon be possible to direct on purchase of apartments in new buildings with the use of escrow accounts. In addition, the government plans to allow the prisoner to the construction of a house on a garden plot.
