Recall that the draft amendments to the town planning code regarding comprehensive development of territories, submitted to the Duma in the summer of 2018 and has passed the first reading in November. After that was installed the 30-day period for amendment, but they were not presented a bill stuck in the state Duma.

The document introduces into law the concept of integrated development of territories, which refers to support in the implementation of urban development activities "harmonious combination" of the various types of permitted use of land and capital construction objects, as well as necessary for the functioning of the infrastructure.

In addition, the act stipulates the conditions for forced withdrawal of property that is not an emergency to implement the projects. The basis for such a solution may be the inclusion of the building in the municipal address program.

The goal of integrated and sustainable development of the territory, the developers have called the involvement in urban development "depressed" areas in the municipalities.
