When the mortgage will be cheaper?

23 ф (8)

The mortgage remains one of the most pressing issues – not only in lending but also in the financial sector in General. For many it is the only way to improve living conditions in the near future and not after 10 – 15 years. Expert company Financer.com Ltd David Szarkowski talked about how, under what conditions should expect lower interest rates on housing loans.

- Indeed, after a winter ascent March was stable – rising mortgage rates have stopped, on average, frozen at the level of 10.5% to 10.6%. However, accurately predict the rate reduction to 10% is difficult.

On the one hand, who introduced the project financing which the mortgage will reduce risks for banks. Before buying a mortgage apartment in a newly built house was for the Bank's high risk (of course, if the Bank itself were not one of the investors in construction). Because the key, in this case, was not put into operation unfinished, and sometimes just "air" (if the house was in the early stages of construction). At the same time, control that the developer will do with the money, it was virtually impossible. Now the initial payment and the actual debt (i.e., borrowed money) will be accumulated in the Bank accounts before the completion of construction.

The second point, judging by the stock, and given the fact that the summer demand for mortgages in principle usually begins to grow, banks are looking to lower your standards and attract a greater number of borrowers. This is also a positive sign.

But it remains such an unpredictable factor as the state of the economy. While it is possible to say so – if it remains stable, will not be a sudden geopolitical factors, capable to influence it, the rate in the summer or early autumn can really drop to 10% or even slightly below. Many experts say that psychologically the optimal value would be of 9.95% (after all, the digit 9 is perceived significantly more positively than 10, even the difference between 10 and 9,95 0.05%).
