Mortgage at 6 percent for the entire term of the loan for families with children
Families with two or more children can get a preferential mortgage at 6 percent for the entire term of the loan. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
Entitled to the mortgage loan have families, in which the second or subsequent child was born after January 1, 2018.
Now the bet is valid only for three years from the time of taking the loan. Five additional years she can use if within these three years the family had another baby. Thus, the maximum validity of preferential rates is eight years, at the expiration of the mortgage loan 20-25 years.
Russian President Vladimir Putin during the annual address to the Federal Assembly instructed to extend preferential rates for the entire period of the loan.
The document also notes that now families with children with refinanced loans, once again to refinance it.
