Unauthorized alterations will cost violators in the amount of 50 thousand rubles. This initiative was approved in the Federation Council.
The law provides for administrative liability for the unauthorized conversion and redevelopment of residential or non-residential premises in an apartment house.
At the moment provides for administrative liability only for unauthorized alterations to residential premises in apartment houses.
The law establishes fines for officials-from 4 thousand to 5 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 40 thousand to 50 thousand rubles for citizens - from 2 thousand to 2.5 thousand.
In addition, to establish administrative responsibility for damage of premises or damage to their equipment or the use of premises for other purposes. The penalty for citizens will make from 1 to 1,5 thousand roubles, for officials - from 2 to 3 thousand rubles, for legal entities and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity, - from 20 to 30 thousand rubles.
