Center of informational support for mortgage borrowers opened at the premises of the HOUSE.Of the Russian Federation. So, to consult any person caught in a difficult life situation, including the pandemic coronavirus infection.
We will remind that earlier the President of Russia Vladimir Putin in his address to the citizens has set the banking sector the task – to provide to borrowers a reprieve, a special vacation, including on mortgage loans.
"We know that the credit organizations have already received calls with similar questions. So we as a development institution in the housing sector decided to create a Center of information support of mortgage borrowers who are already faced with difficulties or would like to learn about the care. For example, someone could lose a job, someone has significantly reduced the earnings of someone in the hospital. Life situations are different, but that does not mean that families have to face serious problems due to the purchased apartment in the mortgage, as, indeed, must not be tainted credit history", – said General Director of the HOUSE.Of the Russian Federation Vitaly Mutko.
In connection with the announcement in the world of the pandemic of coronavirus, the government of the Russian Federation and Bank of Russia will take additional measures to support mortgage borrowers.
