Meters instead of floors
Developers raised the issue of high-rise regulation.
The maximum height of houses in the Leningrad region is limited to nine or 12 floors. However, the technical floors are not taken into account. Therefore, developers are trying to give them up for reasons of profitability, which negatively affects the quality. The developers propose to limit the height in meters.
"Fundamentally you don't mind, please give us your suggestions. The main thing is not built on three levels, calling them technical. We are ready to move away from height and to set the height, but can't afford to have a house with floors with a height of 2.2 meters," – said Alexander Drozdenko.
