Apartments will get a new status by the end of 2020
The Deputy head of the Ministry of construction of Russia Nikita Stasyshyn said that the concept of the draft law on the status of the property in Russia would be changed.
"We are now discussing is a little different, but absolutely the right message, what should be done with the property. We had one concept of the bill, it is now a bit adjusted inputs, received from management," said the official.
According to him, the law on the status of the apartment must be adopted before the end of this year.
"We have such a problem, no it didn't, 2020 — the adoption of the bill", — said zamministra.
Statesin added that the clarification of the status property will allow to increase volumes of input of square meters of housing, because apartments were not considered in this category. In addition, according to him, the adoption of the law will also resolve the issue with the maintenance and operation of such buildings.
