The state Duma has proposed to abolish the Commission for payment of housing and utility services
In the state Duma a bill, which envisages the prohibition of fee charged by banks to housing and housing services. The initiator of the innovations were the representatives of the Communist party Yuri Afonin and Mr blocky.

In the explanatory note to the document States that now the banking Commission for payment of housing and communal services for individuals ranges from 0.5 to 2% of their value. The size of the fee depends on the method of payment (cash over the counter, ATM or via online banking).

It is expected that the ban on Commission under the payment for housing and communal services will have a positive impact on the social situation of citizens, especially low income.

Recall that a similar initiative was announced in the end of 2019, the representatives of the party "United Russia", but the bill was never submitted to the Duma.
