Matkapital can be directed to repayment of the mortgage until the child has reached 3 years
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that means the camera can be used to pay off the mortgage or for a down payment until the child is three years old.
"Of course, if the first child of the parent capital is distributed, this does not mean that you have to wait when it will be three years second child. The only thing that count should go from the birth of their first child," said the head of state. It is quoted by RIA "Novosti".
In addition, Putin drew attention to the fact that even now some areas of spending maternity capital can be done earlier without waiting for the execution three years of a child.
"For example, the maturity... or the first payment on the mortgage can be made before the child turns three years. Or we have this form of support for families in need just in cash. Decided that a certain amount be allocated from the parent capital in case if the family was in a difficult financial situation, too, can not wait for three years. Or, in my opinion, to support families of children with disabilities, it is also possible, without waiting for three years", – said the President.
