Rosstat reported that the cost of housing and communal services in the country in 2019 increased by 4.3%.

The cost of housing services rose by 3.1%, utilities - 5.1%. Cold water became more expensive by 5%, Sewerage 6%, hot water supply by 4.1%, heating - by 4%, gas supply - by 3.7%, electricity - by 4.2%.

Housing in houses of state and municipal housing funds grew by 4.3%, maintenance and repairs of housing (including the contribution for capital repairs) for citizens homeowners as a result of privatization rose by 3.3%, services and the execution of works on maintenance of houses ZHK, ZHSK, TSZH (including the contribution for capital repairs) - 3.5%.

It is planned that the average growth rates for the country in 2020 will be 4%.
