"Square" in new buildings of St. Petersburg for the year increased by nearly 8.5 thousand.

Analysts of Active registered growth of prices for new buildings in St. Petersburg. Thus, the "square" in the primary market rose by 8 472 of the ruble compared to the previous year. Three months of this year, apartments rose in price not so considerably - only 2.6 percent, in monetary terms, this amounted to 3 002 rubles/sq. m. Premium segment traditionally stable, but the mass-market perked up noticeably.

According to General Director GK Active Yakov Volkov, the average price per square meter in mass market in September 2019 was 116 372 rubles per square meter.

The most significant part of the 55% are the ads worth less than 120 000 rubles per sq. m. the Apartment where the price per square meter ranges from 120 to 140 thousand rubles - this is 30%. Business class with a range from 150 000 to 200 000 RUB/sq. m. - 10% of the total volume of proposals. The share of elite apartments from 200 thousand rubles per square meter does not exceed 5% of the total proposal.
